Rolling Rock Club is a private country club located on 25,000 acres, 50 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was started by the Mellon family as a rural retreat for friends and family to hunt, fish, and equestrian activities. The club is also renown for its gulf course. It boasts stocked trout streams, duck ponds, game birds, and shooting ranges. The club also kept a pack of English fox hounds, raised pheasants, and ran the Gold Cup Steeplechase (from 1933 until 1983). The club serves 3 meals a day in exquisite dining venues and has a full sports facility.
